After Charles Darrow created the Monopoly game that was released in 1935, people enjoyed playing and spending money even as a child. For quite a long time, the game has always been the same. But now, Hasbro made a leap of change to relate the game to the new techie generation with the Monopoly Revolution. It doubles the fun without changing the nature of the game.
Instead of the rectangular board, the Monopoly Revolution is perfectly round in shape. In this circle is where your stop or pins will be placed and technically pointed by the also round gadget in the middle. That round device in the middle of the rounded board serves as your banker, ATM (oh yes, you do not need play money anymore) and music player (every time you make a move, it will play different songs like Daniel Powter’s Bad Day).
Although the original version looks more colorful or enticing, I honestly think it is a cool move for the manufacturer. This version is more interesting and fun! Youngsters today will definitely love to be reintroduced to the Monopoly game with the “Revolution” version. The 75th Anniversary Edition Monopoly Revolution from Hasbro is expected to be released this fall. It will cost you a reasonable price of $35 on retail.
