Comme des Garçons and Converse collaborated to come up with four new Chuck Taylor Converse shoes with a different Comme des Garçons twist. Entitled the Comme des Garçons Play For Converse, the collaboration of these two brands was the idea of Rei Kawakubo who adores the Chuck Taylor All-Star model from Converse that was originally released during the 50’s for the U.S. army.
