This lamp shade in inspired by beach balls and recycled it for a more home functional and creative design. This will bring fun into a room because it brings back good old childhood memories! The Beach ball lamp shade of Toby house is a handmade product in real PVC beach ball exteriors and treated with Polyurethane shell interior to keep it from popping from the heat of the light. It hangs through a metal rod with 40cm diameter spherical lamp shade (height is 35cm). The outside surface is made of shiny PVC that looks exactly like a beach ball (including the blowhole) only with an industrial-cutted section for the light. Inside is a white spray color finish with 3 to 4mm thick Polyurethane shell. The lamp itself weighs about a kilo and is pretty fragile due to the Polyurethane shell inside.
